Indonesia Mourns as Flood Death Toll Rises

Many communities faced prolonged hardships as families lost loved ones, and relief teams scrambled to deliver aid amid damaged roads and isolated villages. Recovery planning included restoring basic services and rebuilding critical infrastructure while remembering those who perished.
